About Us

It all started in Pisa, Italy in 2003 when I was working as a weekend prep chef and fell in love with pizza making. After graduation, I decided to pursue a pizzaiolo career since I found it the best thing that suited me and went along with my bubbly character and interaction with customers. One year as an apprentice pizzaiolo helped me to gain knowledge that enabled me to start my professional career. I had the pleasure to work in places such as Forno Del Etna, pizzeria Da Filippo, pizzeria Sciuè Sciuè. Each of them had a different style, different visions and different flavours.

In 2017, me and my family moved to UK and worked in the hospitality such as The Farm in Solihull and We Love Piza in Leamington Spa. During the first lockdown I had the opportunity to work along side a street food family run business as a main pizzaiolo, the experience inspired me to start my own pizza business since my knowledge and gained experience through the years allowed me to create a delicious artisan pizza.
